When Minecraft(Java Edition) is creating a backup, it cannot respond any operations.

Reproduce:

1. Select a world which uses a lot of storage. This can slow down the backup creation. (if you don't have any big worlds, create one)
2. Make a backup for it.
3. When the backup is still creating, the game cannot respond any mouse or keyboard operations. (I didn't check if it can respond quit game)
