      1. Turn on "Controls" > "Operator Items Tab"
      2. In gamemode creative, open inventory, switch tab to Operator Utilities
      3. Turn off "Controls" > "Operator Items Tab"
      4. Open inventory, tab switched to Building Blocks and it is empty
