Originally, elytra flight did not interrupt sprinting

What actually happened was...:
This was supposed to be rolled back as part of 25w04a, where MC-152728 was rolled back. This was not originally a bug and should never have been removed to begin with. It was caught in the crossfire when some actions were made to interrupt sprinting and now remains as a bug.
