This ticket clones MC-277533, whose fix was reverted in the 1.21.4 Pre-Release 1. Bundles can remain in the open state when taken out from saved hotbars.

How to reproduce

1. /give @s bundle[bundle_contents=[{id:"minecraft:kelp",count:1},{id:"minecraft:crafter",count:1}]] 1

2. Save your hotbar
3. Open saved hotbars tab
4. Hover over the bundle and use your mouse wheel to scroll through and select an item
5. Take the open bundle with the right or left mouse button

Expected result

The bundle will no longer remain open once it is on your cursor.

Observed result

The bundle on your cursor stays open.
