This issue is similar to MC-103934 but applies to salmon released from buckets rather than spawn eggs. Sometimes, a big salmon placed from a bucket suffocates.

How to reproduce

1. Spawn multiple salmon until you get a big one
2. Use a bucket to pick up a big salmon
3. Stand directly next to a block
4. Release the salmon inside yourself.

Expected result

The salmon would spawn without intersecting a block and would not suffocate.

Observed result

The salmon suffocates.
