Bottom half of double blocks not emitting breaking effects

      If you break the top half of double blocks (tall grass, rose bushes, doors, etc), you will notice that no breaking particles or sounds are emitted from the bottom half.

      How to reproduce

      1. /tick freeze
      2. Place down tall grass
      3. Break top half
      4. /tick step 1t
      5. Observe no breaking particles or sounds from the bottom half
