      Short dry grass and tall dry grass aren't randomly offset, unlike similar blocks.

      1. Place down a line of short grass and a line of short dry grass.
      2. Observe the difference positions of the two blocks.

      Observed Behavior:

      Short dry grass and tall dry grass aren't randomly offset.

      Expected Behavior:
