Short Dry Grass and Tall Dry Grass are both obtainable with a Silk Touch enchanted tool. This is inconsistent with the behavior of other grass variants(Short Grass, Tall Grass, Fern, Large Fern), which are unaffected by Silk Touch.

Reproduce this issue:

1. Find or place Short Dry Grass or Tall Dry Grass
2. Obtain a tool enchanted with Silk Touch
3. Switch to Survival mode if not already selected
4. Break the Short Dry Grass or Tall Dry Grass with the Silk Touch tool
5. The item drops
