Player is not able to Shift+Click Light Grey Dye into or out of inventories

*What I expected to happen was to have the grey dye quickly into my hotbar so that i could dye a sheep

*What actually happened was, the dye would not Shift+Click into my hotbar. I was able to click and drag it and place it but was still unable to Shift+Click it anywhere (Including Chest Inventory)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have Light grey Dye in either chest inventory or player inventory
2. Attempt to hold Shift and then click the item to try and get it into an open space in your hotbar or inventory.
