      what should happen is to see the rain out of a stained glass pane or glass block

      What actually happened was...:
      Describe what happened here

      there was no rain when i look thru stained glass panes and stained glass blocks all you can see is the particles hitting the ground

          This is with all glass panes when there is no roof above you. I only know this happens at night, but maybe day too.
