I have two screens (1080p) running in TwinView mode, running Minecraft in fullscreen mode makes it appear on both screens, making it unplayable.
I manually set the game's resolution and display using KWin (KDE only) to fix this, I was unable to do this with GNOME.
This bug did not appear in windows 7.
The attached screenshot only shows the left screen, the other one works too.
