Some items when obtained via the /give command are distorted and deformed and break when anything is placed next to them. so for i have only tried the wooden door and the sign but it may happen with other items all the same. I have attached multiple screenshots of the items that were bugged. oh and after they break they drop normal items that aren't messed up.

what I expected to happen:
I expected to just get a normal sign and door.

What actually happened:
I got half a door with a screwed up texture and a sign that still had a post when it was on a wall.

How to duplicate:
Obtain a door or fence (maybe other items) with the /give command
