The "super secret settings" change none of the textures for me what so ever. however the textures themselves at a distance are difference in 1.7.2 from 1.6.4, I have a couple screen shots for you. as you can see in the screen shots the textures now blend together at a distance, becoming blurred and fuzzy. This puts a strain on my eyes and I would like it fixed and or be told how to fix it on my end . I'd rather put up with some curved lines in the distance like in 1.6.4 than not be able to see clearly after 20 blocks in 1.7.2... This issue expands to all block textures, at a distance some leaf blocks actually look like jungle leafs due to the way they blur, Glass blocks at the right angle and distance simply cease to exist due to the blurring.
