After rounding a curve my mine cart went slower than the normal mine cart speed on powered rails.

      It go faster

      What actually happened was...:
      It went slower than the normal speed

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Put a track with almost all powered rails but add a small area that is curved off from the main track
      2. Turn the powered rails on
      3. Put a mine cart on and watch it go
