The dirt background in the resource packs menu is slightly shifted away from the centre. It isn't very noticeable in the default pack, but is definitely more visible in other packs (e.g. oCd Pack by Disco). This has been present since 13w36a, but the "Affects Version/s" field doesn't have 13w36a as an option.
