Enchanting doesn't take all the xp when enchanting a item

      I enchanted with level 30 and 3 lapiz lazulis a Diamond Pickaxe and i got: Silk Touch I, Efficiency IV, Unbreaking III.
      The bug is: when i enchanted, it doesn't took all the 30 levels, now i have level 27, not 0.
