When I attempt to change my skin, it uploads just fine. When I try to sign on to any server/singleplayer world, my new skin does not show up.

Steps I took:
1. Signed into Minecraft account on Minecraft website
2. Went to choose file for changing skin
3. Clicked upload
4. Launched Minecraft, went into singleplayer world and server
5. Skin did not update

I have tried re-uploading several times, closing out of the game completely, then restarting, but to no avail.

Attached is the skin I am trying to use.

EDIT: The skin did end up changing, it just took a realllly long time.
