I was roaming through a mineshaft system I found and came across a chest cart that I was unable to access, I right clicked with pickaxe and it did not open, nor was I able to break it, only the rails underneath.
When I walk into it, it just slides along the floor similar to usual cart behaviour when off the rail (hehe).
