After returning to the Overworld through a Nether Portal, Right clicking on anything that is meant to interact with the player, such as chests crafting tables furnaces, etc. do nothing when right clicked until the player reloads the world. It seems to happen every 3 out of 15 times I tested it.

*What I expected to happen was...: Being able to open my chest and other things.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into the nether with a portal
2. Come back
3. You will be unable to right click on interactive items, until a world reload. Only tested in SSP
