Crashed while tunneling. I was placed a torch on the wall. Then I placed a Oak Wood Plank in front of the torch. And poof it crashed with a few unknowns.

I logged onto this site to try and post the info. The Launcher also posted for me but yet there was no where to type in the info for what I was doing during or just before the crash to give any more insight to the issue.

Suggest Putting a segment into the Launcher so when it collects data about the crash it will also give you the option of sending your comments on it related to the crash. My come in useful in reproducing the instance for further debugging.
