So recently I have been having chunks flickering on and off on my Minecraft server and other servers. This as far as I can tell only ever happens on a server and it happens mostly when someone updates a block.

Opening and closing doors, placing blocks, putting a music disk into a jukebox all cause this issue. Also sometimes I just get the flickering for no reason it doesn't make sense.

I uninstalled some mods and that fixed it for that day but it is doing it again even without any mods. I have reset my computer, updated Java and all sorts and still getting this issue.
