When I teleport myself with the extra delta arguments (dx,dy,dz) forming a box and a relative destination, I teleport again to the destination after I already teleported when about two seconds have passed.
Create a command block that teleports you to a high relative location that also has delta arguments and see if you teleport again into the same area
