Hey Everyone!
To start off, i have a large tower on a Server. I have a neighbor who has multiple beacons, and i entered the tower, and went to the roof (128 Blocks)
And i noticed the Beacon (Light?) was mixed with the Same color as the night sky... I decided to do some tests! But first, how to see this bug, Enter a New world and place a beacon so it lights up, and head up to 65 / Max And you will see the color change depending on the Time. I would have expected it to be The same as from the bottom.

(Tests run on - 1.7.5 - 14w11b )
(Single player - Affects Multiplayer As well)

Test 1 - Shrine Height
4 Block high Shrine - Bugged
3 Block high Shrine - Bugged
2 Block High Shrine - Bugged
1 Block high Shrine - Bugged

All shrines showed the same Effect at the same Time
The color of the Beacon(Light?) Copied the Color of a Section of the sky

60 Blocks High - No change
71 Blocks high - Change
