I made a piston-based music disc farm, but using the farm caused Minecraft to crash repeatedly. After some testing, I determined that the crashes were due to a piston moving while an arrow was on its head.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place piston face up
2. Shoot piston head with arrow
3. Use redstone to turn piston on
4. Watch Minecraft crash
