Description

Sometime shortly before 1.7.5 came out, when I started a new session of Minecraft and found that the menu screen had made itself smaller. Some days later, I logged onto a server and noticed that the escape menu and chat bar were minute, too. So far, I haven't found any ways to fix the bug, and have had to deal with it every since.

What I expected to happen was
The menu/escape menu/chat bar would be normal-sized

What actually happened was
They were small (see screenshots)

Steps to reproduce:
Like I said, it just happened one time I restarted a session.

As you can see in screenshot 2014-04-17_14.33.33, the scale size is at 100%.

The version is 1.7.5, not 14w17a, but there isn't any option for anything earlier
