Just a little spelling error, minor. A lang file hotfix should be enough.

Summon an arrow 5 blocks above you on half hearts, no armor.

The death phrase should be this
"Player was shot by Arrow"
but instead, "Arrow" is not capitalized.
What it actually says:
"Player was shot by arrow"
