Bugs Include:
1: When a repeater with delay is powered, the delay seems to disappear.
2: In the F3 Screen, under block, the model is always "IDUNNOMYNAME"
3: Repeater Block rotation is backwards.
4: Stairs always face the same way (With data tag of 0)
5: /clone with subset "Move" destroys items in data holding blocks in the positive direction
