I died, and was teleported back to the same area, and my inventory bugged out.

It is NOT an issue with the resource pack I'm using. It works normally before and after this bug occurred.

Not sure of exactly how to reproduce, sorry. Perhaps:

Die.
Teleport back.
Pick up items.
Die.
Repeat.
