It's a little confusing if people don't think to look at the eula.txt.
What I expected to happen was...:
The GUI to display a message asking users to read and accept the EULA instead of starting (like it does if it can't bind to a port).
What actually happened was...:
It closes on startup with almost no explanation.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the server using the .exe or .jar by double clicking it (running Java from the console alleviates the problem).
