I own a server and our spawn is up in the air..but when anybody who is not oped tries to press a button it just sits there not pressing!

      What I expected to happen was...:
      For a non-op to press the button successfully

      *What actually happened was...:
      Te button just sat there and won't press down.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. try build a bock with a button up high
      2. ...make sure you are not op or it will press
      3. ...Try to press it
