This occurred a couple of weeks ago in a previous snapshot. However, I did not have the time to report it. By chance it occurred again just now. I am unaware of an specifications beyond that the bugged seeds turn any regular picked up seeds into the bugged seeds, and the only similarities between the two events was my gamemode, survival. The bugged seeds do, however, function regularly.
