A player spotted floating things in the sky above spawn on a server I administrate. You can only see them from a certain angle on the ground, and when you start flying up they disappear. I managed to fly up to them and find them around Y: 700. Once again, you must be facing a certain way to see them. Up close they look like giant upside down horse legs.
