Trying to run a /trigger command when it is not enabled results in the error message "Invalid trigger name [objective name]", rather than the appropriate "Trigger [objective name] is not enabled".
Edit: It only gives the wrong error message before the trigger has ever been enabled. If it has been enabled and triggered, it will give the correct error message.
