Powered Rail gets powered without powersource

      If you place a detector rail next to a block, then place a powered rail on the block, the powered rail gets activated, when it shouldn't.

          As much as I like this bug, I admit
          Searching is quite fun
          And not what you've done
          Therefore I declare this a duplicate
