Arrows not snapping to player's head.

What I expected to happen was...:
that the arrows would snap to the players head (Follow the player's head orientation)

What actually happened was...:
The arrows did not follow the player's head orientation and instead locked in a position.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a skeleton
2. Get shot in the head by said skeleton
3. Press F5
4. Move your head around
