In the current version of Minecraft, 14w30b, I set the command in a command block to: /particle spell ~ ~1 ~ 0 0 0 0.01 8 force @a[team=RED]. The game I have made has a team called "RED" and players' nameplates show up said color (sidebar of picture). This command was intended to create particles at all players on red team, but instead, the particles appeared on the command block itself. To test this, i rolled back the map to 14w04b, edited the command so that it no longer contained the "force" argument which was added in 14w29a, and run it. The command was successful as i had intended (It also correctly stopped working when i changed teams). I believe this bug might have something to do with the addition of the "force" argument. All i really want to know is whether this is intended to not work or if it is, in fact, a bug. Thank you for taking your time in reading this. Great game, devs! Keep up the good work!
