In some cases server may skip putting some messages to logs (console, files, and database in case of custom log4j configuration). At the same time server shows these messages to server operators.

I uploaded an example which shows that "votes" and "votestotal" scores are reported both to operators and stdout but "suspect" score is reported only to operators.

In this example server is started by a wrapper application which puts commands to server stdin and prints server stdout to windows console. The same situation was observed serveral times on ubuntu linux which runs our server.
