When I Go Through A Nether Portal And Then Go Through It To Go Home Takes Me To Another Nether Portal (Usually The Nearest One)

A Simple Fix (If The Player Goes Through The Portal And The Portal Is Still There (Not Broken) Teleport To Original Portal

Else

Teleport Him To Nearest Portal

But There Might Be A Bug Still Because Sometimes People Make Portals To Teleport To Other Places!!!!
