Hi i have been playing on the newest snapshot and i have notice that there are no horse that spawn. I have tried a lot of seed and haven't been able to find any. i then loaded an older version of minecraft (1.7.10) with the same seeds and have found that they spawn normal. My theory this that it has something to do with the rabbits that take up the place were the horse spawn.
