Clouds height change with the player's height

      The clouds are not stationary in the sky, they move of course. But I can adjust where the cloud is located by changing my x y and z.
      I can make a cloud that originally was NOT going through a mountain go through a mountain with a few adjustments of my character. I believe it is a bug

          Not a fan of it moving side to side though, up and down is a little more reasonable I am fine with that.
