Villagers go through portals, but dont appear on the other side.

*What I expected to happen was the villager to go through the portal, then appear in the nether.

*What actually happened was, I pushed the villager through the portal
and he did not appear in the Nether.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Push a Villager through a portal, in normal world.
2. Go to through the portal into the Nether.
3. See that the villager is not on the other side.
