Black screen when playing Minecraft

      In theory this is a duplicate of MC-21603 but the difference is that I am on the newest OS X Mavericks, 10.9.4. This started happening after installing prerelease 2.

      Aiur:~ riddle$ java -version
java version "1.7.0_45"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_45-b18)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.45-b08, mixed mode)

      Doesn’t happen when I play 1.7.10.
