On my realms server I have a command block contraption that gives you a doublehealth bar
When realms updated to 1.8 i addad the word true after the command
/effect @a[score_HEALTH_min=19] 21 1000000 4
so it became
/effect @a[score_HEALTH_min=19] 21 1000000 4 true
When in the Nether particles showed up anyway.
This doesn't happen in singleplayer
Everyone knows how potion particles look like so no picture.
