Particles are off when at extremely large coordinates

      I went to 16,777,217 to test MC-4132 and I placed a Redstone torch text to the piston but even though MC-3718 is fixed the particles from the torch are off. (This was in 1.8 full release, you fixed MC-3718 in 14w32b)
