      "open to LAN" not working.

      (apologies for spelling/grammar)
What I expected to happen was...:
what i expected to happen was for when i opened the pause menu, clicked the open to LAN button, changed cheats on and clicked open to LAN, the menu to close and the server IP address to be shown in chat.

*note: the open to LAN feature works fine on my inferior desktop pc on WinXP, but i tried laptop first becouse it is more powerful.

      *What actually happened was..."
What actually happened was when i clicked the 2nd "open to LAN" button, that actually does it, after i turned cheats and survival on in the "open to LAN menu" i clicked the button, and the button turned blue, like normal, but it froze. the cursor disapeared, but the GUI did not. I waited about a minute then used "ctrl+alt+Delete" to open the menu asssociated with it in the metro/start area, opened the task manager in the "more details" veiw, not "less details" veiw and selcted minecraft, under "java se binary". i then clicked "end task", and both minecraft and "java se binary" were removed from the list.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. turn on your pc running the specs i showed above
      2. click on the desktop tile or use the windows logo key to acess the desktop, where java and minecraft are ran.
      3. double-click the minecraft.exe file you get from minecraft.net
      4. log in to minecraft v1.47
      5. select your 16x16 texture pack of choice from the texturepacks menu
      6. select singleplayer
      7. select your survival world
      8. hit the "esc" or escape key after world is loaded to open the pause menu.
      9. click open to LAN
      10. select gametype survival and enable cheats
      11. select the open to LAN button
      12. stare at and rage at the little blue button as your game freezes.

*Note- attacted files are the custom texturepack and map i was using when the error occured. I was in the "overworld" not nether or end.
