1.type /give [your username] 137 to get the command block
2.make sure you enable cheats, then place it somewhere, along with a button on its side
3.find the coordinates of a random spot(where you can reach the button) and mark that spot with a different block
4.type in "give @a[the coords on step 3 separated by commas] 165" in the command block without quotes and press Enter
5.stand on the marked spot, then push the button. Nothing happens. This neither works if you're away from the marked
 spot. This means the command bugs when there's some arguments
--[optional]
6.now put a space between "@a" and "["
7.repeat step number 5. you should get 1 item of ID 165. But actually the arguments don't work
8.Go away from the marked spot, then push the button. You will also get the item. This means the command block ignores
the arguments
