Untamed horses dont throw players off in water thats deeper than two blocks.

What I expected to happen:
The horse throws me into the water because the water is too deep.

What happened:
I stayed on the horse until it threw me off because it still needs to be tamed.

Steps to reproduce:
Spawn an untamed horse in a deep water pool, ride it. (The horse wont go underwater and throw you off, it will swim and throw you off once it throws you off from the taming mechanic)
