The game keeps removing the textures of blocks and mobs making it practically unplayable.

What actually happened was...: After I had deleted my .minecraft folder and reinstalled the game and hoped it had fixed the problem, but it only made it worse.
Describe what happened here
It kept derendering chunks even when I was in them so I had no idea where the blocks were my only guidance was the hit boxes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to low levels or around or under water.
2. Update your computer to windows 8
3. Play on Minecraft for me and it will happen again
