Well, can't seem to reproduce it anymore. I think it was fixed after I completely disabled the touchscreen mode for the whole computer, or I probably just played around with the Synaptics Touchpad Properties. Nothing to see here. Move along.

NOTE: This is not a duplicate of MC-45458 as that one talks about framerate drops. Touchscreen mode has been disabled, so it isn't MC-5130, either.

What I expected to happen was that after changing some video settings, I would be able to click on other options in the video settings menu or the options menu.

What actually happened was that after changing some video settings, the game became unresponsive, causing me to force quit the game and restart it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft on Windows 8.1
2. Go into Options
3. Go into Video settings
4. Change some settings.
5. Notice that you're now unable to exit some Options menus.
