A few servers of mine having the issues that when a person joined with even a small amount of packet loss he cant do anything (like Teleport back to origin) for about 60-120 seconds.
And along more and more people are complaining.

Now after 20+ tests \w virtual machines and such, that it is only when the server update java to 1.8.0_22 or newer (even beta's) this will happen.
If the client downgrade to lower than update 22, its more reliable. but still it will happen over time!

Before closing this, and say it's a java bug, where to report this issue to java, or do you got an hotline to fix this?

Hope you will fix this asap, because more and more people are going to install new updates, and blame it on there worse internet, while there just missing 1 packet in 1000.
